Root [CDMA] stuck ?

Newbie
So my boost moto g wont turn on at all. Tried charging all night. Still won't start. I cant even get the bootloader to run. The phone's only a week old. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.
 
no but if i hold down the power button for a few minutes the screen will come on and say that the battery is at 0% i dont know why it wont charge
