Root [CDMA] Unrooting help

Hi all, I unlocked my bootloader quite a few months ago thinking I was going to root the phone, and never did. Now I want to install ICS and have it downloaded but get an exclamation when trying to update. I'm assuming its because my bootloader is s-off. What method would I use to restore the bootloader to s-on or factory default?

Radio-10.13.9020.08_2m
eMMC-boot

sw - 2.3.4
sw number 1.20.631.3

I used info from here, and revolutionary. This is a Rogers GSM phone. Just want to get the bootloader back to factory so I can install ICS.

Much appreciate the help

It's not the bootloader that is your problem, it's your custom recovery that is preventing you from running the OTA.

You'll have to find the proper RUU from here: Shipped ROMs

It'll list the RUUs by which carrier they're for. Get the one for your carrier, run it, and then you should be able to get the OTA.
