2.17 Firmware mix with VM banner fix all in one

To install you need to have S-off
be able to get into bootloader
know how to flash a PG86IMG

Download to the root of your sdcard
boot into bootloader
run the install
reboot
run some test.

This has been tested and confirmed working for everyone so far.

Thanks don, I flashed the vm stuff the day my phone died so I wasn't able to test a fix. But its been confirmed working by 4 people so far. Bears those complicated guides on the net.
