I've been running Cho's ROM (v1.3) for almost 2 weeks now with netarchy oc kernel. Not sure why this ROM doesn't get more love (it's available on mikmik.com), but it's been fast, stable, and works well at 1.5GHZ oc. It looks good too...nice blue accents and a white-on-black flip clock. Hasn't been too many updates so I may switch to cleanrom to get the latest 2.3.4. Any issues running cleanrom with netarchy/silverneedle?

if you are running a 2.3.4 rom you CANNOT use a kernel from 2.3.3 it will not work. Keep stock kernel until source is released for the devs
