It’s a low-end device with specs that include an HVGA screen, 3-megapixel camera, 800MHz single-core processor, 4GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1500mAh battery and a microSD card slot(Up to 32G). It's Android 4.0 which is very nice! There is, however, no flash for the camera!

Not according to the specs I posted in the original post. I got them from the Samsung website so I'm going to go out on a limb and say no to a 64Gig card.
