Are you rooted?
Cerberus is probably being falsely flagged as a threat because it (obviously) has the potential to do a lot of things to your phone if its stolen. Its a well respected app. I remember a security exploit was found for it but it was fixed very quickly

Presuming you got Cerebrus through a reputable source like the developer directly or the Google Play store I think your looking at a false positive. There has been another thread floating around here about Avast also flagging it wrong.

Okay maybe it was a False positive because it Didn't fix it was just a coincidence that it stop right after I removed it. Anyways the Trojan was deleted but I scan wouldn't detect so it makes me wonder why that trojan was on that app.

Anyways I'm not rooted and I did download from play

so what makes you think you have/had a trojan?
P.s, as youre unrooted, a factory reset would have removed any virus. If you still have one then one of your apps that youve reinstalled must contain it
