I have this on my phone and N7 but everytime i scan my devices it says that my Cerberus app is a Threat , should i just take them off and is anyone else experiencing this ?

Cerberus is (in my opinion the best) an anti-theft app. It can track your phone's location, lock it, wipe it, turn on the mic, take pics, etc.
Of course any anti-virus will consider that a threat.
I would dump the anti-virus. As long as you only download from the Play Store you are safe and don't need an anti-virus slowing down your device. And keep Cerberus as it is a great anti-theft (anti-theft only) app.

I got it on one of those app of day off the play store, but I believe it said the service would be free or something but I never used it.

You may want to check and see if you have a license or trial.
If you have a trial I would recommend you check location finding, screenshot, etc. to see if you like it. I found it far superior to Avast, AVG, Lookout, etc. (aka all the free ones).
