Certified like new replacment

Has anyone gotten a certified like new replacement from big red? i cant do the bsod anymore and need to replace it. just wanted to know if there still new ones or actually clnr.
 
Returned my defective Bionic after one month. Was stuck on reboot screen and would not turn on. Packing materials indicated refurb. Looked brand new to me(but not in box), and has been flawless. Also needed new sim card. I believe after fourteen days, you'll get a refurb.
 
I got one as well earlier this month and it looked brand new. It did not have a refurb date sticker like my Charges had.

As I wrote in another thread, it was a Cert Like new Replacement and heres what happened a few hours ago.

I get the BSOD every once in awhile, call, talk to tech support, nothing works (duh) so they overnight me a phone.

I take it out of the box, put my sd/sim/battery in. Turn it on. Its slow as hell. Then sync, takes forever for 100ish contacts. Then I click text message and the screen starts going crazy. Flashing/jumping around. Won't let me do anything. It was like a virus got into it and made it go apeshyt.

Turn it off/on and same thing. I go to the VW store and they can't help me at all. Nothing. Call and "sorry, we'll send you another phone overnight".

Great service we have here. I called/emailed the DM in my area and am waiting on a response. I will be getting the Razr when it comes out, free.
 
Ok. Its a refurb. What sucks is redownloading apps and cant download one paid app. Just hangs there.

Hence why I buy my stuff at Costco, 90 days = brand new phone out of the box, no refurbs until after that.

Oh and free stuff.

But yes, refurb from big red after 14 days.
 
I was having insane connection issues with my factory Bionic. Just received a refurb from VZW and it seems to be working just fine. It's the first time I've received a working (so far) replacement from them.
