Hi all,
I'm new here but I can't help thinking that ics has been out for a wee while now and even though xoom's in the uk can take the us rom flash, does anyone think that it is poor show from G and M that we still can't get it here
I bought my android as a conscious choice against apple's pad and to find that the owner of the software and hardware discriminates against anyone not in the US is, in my opinion deplorable. I will either buy apple in future or a android platform which supports worldwide upgrades at the same time as standard.
Wake up google we are not second to your home market. We are supporting you?...............but not for much longer

The opposite has also been true, there have been roll-outs in the past that were available in the European market before here if I remember correctly. There are differences between the devices in the different markets so it is not as simple as an all-inclusive upgrade, though it would be nice if that was possible.

Keep an eye out here for any news on a Honeycomb upgrade in your region as well as plenty of tips and helpful information you may find useful Motorola XOOM - Android Forums. And again, glad to have you here, please feel free to ask questions that is what we are here for.

Got honycomb, after getting XOOM it automatically upgraded via net.
Just get anxious when I find our cousins across the pond get upgraded first. Feel like a second class citizen.
