How do I change my Note 3's home button double-tap function? Right now it opens My Magazine, and what I'd really like it to do is open Voice Commands instead...

Change home key double tap function

I believe that once you have the magazine open, hit the menu button just to the left of the home button. Go into settings and change it there.
You can also go into the S Voice app in the app drawer and change it in the settings there
