The other day I was messing around with the language settings and selected "Spanish" under Select Language in Language & Keyboard. I then selected "Enlighs" again, but now when the keyboard comes up, the microphone button for speech to text now has a language toggle. So now tapping the button changes the associated language and holding the button down launches the speech to text. Though not crazy inconvenient, it is frustrating that I can't seem to figure out how to get the phone back to the default settings for that button.
