Help change lock screen?

Anyway to change the lock screen? Like putting the weather or other widgets on it?

I've just started using WidgetLocker. It's not free, but it is the only way I know of to do this.

Widget locker is excellent. Totally customizable - you can add sliders or any widget, define extra unlock keys, add counters for SMS/phone, etc. Well worth the small price of $1.99
