How do I change password in gmail

Delete the gmail account. Add a new account, using the same address with the new password.

You can also change an existing account from a web browser:

- login to Gmail
- click your avatar on the top right-hand side of the window and choose Account
- in the Accounts page, select Security in the left-hand column
- at the top, you'll see "Password Change password" (click on the Change password link)

This will allow you to change your existing / current Gmail password.

I just changed my Gmail account on my computer and now need to do it on my Note3. Are you saying that the only way to do this is to delete my Gmail account which will also delete my calendar and contacts???? I understand it will be resynched, though it seems a bit ridiculous just for changing the password.
