Help Change phone to show your name!!!

Ok I'm a newbie to android and really love this phone. Only one simple question. How do you change the option on front screen that says's "belongs to?? It shows a picture of a bell and ......

Have you installed an anti-virus program on your Android? If so you need to change it there.

Yes I did . I installed AVG... Which anti does everyone prefer??

Ok so I went into avg settings and I can't find where you would change the name.

Yep I have AVG too and want to know how to change it to say my name as well....

I only have AVG Free, I didnt pay for it
