I've been randomly getting some errors on my phone related to data (especially when roaming onto Verizon --- which *IS* included in my contract) I think I might have found the answer - the Device Info lists the wrong Sprint username (which also means I may be draining the data-pool of the previous owner instead of my own each month >.> <.<) and it's very possible that the old username did *not* have voice+Data roaming in his contract (or just left Sprint) so the system is hiccuping...
