So I guess that doesn't fall under the list of things that can change when different themes are applied to the G4? (I wouldn't know because I'm using the H815 G4, the UK unlocked model, registered with a US LG World account, so their stupid app won't let me download themes, or more quick circle clock faces, or really anything -- I'm not even sure if those things are distributed as apk's like apps, or I'd be begging for them like a dog!I also hate it with a cold, hard passion.

All themes appear to do is change the icons and wallpaper, I was really disappointed at that.
I'm not sure if they're apk's unfortunately, once I've found the time to root, I'll have a poke about in the system and data partitions to see if they get stored there. As long as they're not any of the paid ones, I don't mind uploading for you.

Yes.. Download a new launcher
A launcher won't change the colour scheme of the UI or the toggles on the notification/quick settings pull down.

To update this little digression, as I just posted separately, a new SmartWorld update now allows the download of free items without regard to a user account being logged in (feature called "Device Authentication Service").
