Help Changing Call Screen

Is there a way to change the call screen? The current one is a little bland.

download/install Dialer One app from the marketplace. When you run it the first time you can choose to make it your default dialer. I assume it would work the same with whichever dialer you find.

That app looks pretty plain to me.
