Help Changing DTMF Tones? (Short/long)

Hey folks, I'm in need of some help here. Girlfriend just got her first Android phone, the HTC Droid Incredible 2 (as you probably guessed already). I'm trying to help her adjust, but we're currently about 8 hours from each other, so not being able to be hands on hurts the cause.

She ran into issues when trying to access her voicemail, and we can't figure out where she needs to go to extend the DTMF. Vigorous Googling hasn't done much so far. Anyone able to help here?

If you want to try changing the tone length, go to settings>Sound>Audible Touch Tones

I would call VZ if that doesn't do it. Dial 611>Send

Thanks a ton for the suggestion (clicking thanks as soon as I finish typing this up). She switched the tones to long after receiving both your recommendation, and the recommendation of a friend of hers that works at VZW. Couldn't figure out where in the world to find it, since I'm on AT&T with a Samsung Captivate running TouchWiz- so I was completely out of my element, save for the Android experience.

After she switched, she still had issues, but remedied them by simply holding down the number on the dial pad rather than tapping it. She described it as no longer making it "beep", but making it "beeeeeep". Hopefully that helps some people, because I certainly learned something today. Hahaha.
