hi wondered if anyone can answer a question for me ,am using oxygen rom at the moment and i would like to know if its possible to swop the FM radio .apk and music player .apk with one from another rom say MIUI.

Probably not as they are compiled from source and build libraries of required files (dependancies). If the FM were the same and compiled the same, then yes but if not, this means there were different Libs needed.
