Help Changing from O2 on S2 sim3 from 3 to Orange

Brought the S2 on 3 last year, using O2 sim, as contract was still running. Now moved over to Orange as O2 contracted ended. Was thinking of FR as I had a load of Cr*p on the S2. What do I need to do. I want all my contacts, txt's etc...On ICS. Phone is unlocked. Cheers

Does changing sim cards effect the contacts? It shouldn't right? Just make sure the contacts are in the phone memory. Messages too.

You can also sync contacts with google so can sync back if anything goes wrong. There are also apps to backup messages. Kies can also backup messages.
