Help Changing Icons

Can anyone tell me how this is done. I have done some research but have not really found anything on the htc evo. Is there a changing icons for dummies thread lol...if not it wound be nice to have threads like that for DUMMIES like me

Try an app called Desktop Visualizer, and for the images just choose the .png or icon you want to use.

I just downloaded it and now I guess I need to find an icon pack...and try it out

also folder organizer lite

smart shortcuts too, tho i only use this one for folders
