Help changing notification bar colour?

Wondering if anyone could recommend either a market app, or a good touchwiz-replacement that allows you to change the colour (or remove) the notification bar?

Sounds a bit anal retentive but I hate having a wallpaper background that clashes with the black bar....so up till now usually have dark wallpapers. Problem is this looks a bit shit on my white gs2......

Launcher Pro, from the Market, allows you to remove the top notification bar so that your wallpaper is full screen.

Just trying it now and it seems awesome....however whenever I set a wallpaper (even one of the standard gs2 ones) in non-scroll mode, it zooms in horrifically...is this a bug? Any solution?

Otherwise it looks pretty slick

I'm using go launcher to remove the taskbar, you can set it up to gesture so you can swipe it to call it or send it away, handy gore checking if you missed any calls or messages. Also if you us it with go sms and go locker it all knits in quite well, looks good with the ics theme for sms and launcher.

Do you know if I need an app to make my wallpaper stop scrolling? I don't see a setting, but the scrolling is distracting to me.

Launcher Pro also allows you to disable wallpaper scrolling.
