You mean like instead of having(from left to right) sound, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and airplane mode; you have sound, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, airplane mode, brightness, lock screen, and etc?

Would have to be edited and modded into the needed files. Just set brightness on auto

CM* has the option to pick n choose what you want in the notification power widget, but I've not seen in in stock roms.
