My custom ringtone will randomly change to Quietly Brilliant or VZW Airwaves from time to time (not just when I'm plugged into my PC). This isn't consistent with phone restarts or anything like that either. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not rooted or something along those lines.

My issue is everytime I use my headset and unplug, it changes some (not all) of my ringtones and notifications....
I have factory reset and it still does it....
No idea why...
I'm running stock (unlocked).
