Help Changing SD cards

Hey guys,
I know this question has been asked a bunch all over the forums already, but I wanted an answer for sure regarding the Triumph. Is it likely I'll be able to swap SD cards without any issue, even when I've got a number of apps installed?

I would imagine I'd need to copypasta everything on my current one to my computer and then to the new one (per the threads and various other sites around the internet).

yep copypasta has worked for me many times. especially back in my intercept days when i was playing around with multiple sd card partitions with link2sd, swap, etc. both of which i no longer need to use.

Just to confirm, this worked for me. In fact, I was able to combine info from my Optimus V's 2GB card with info from my Triumph's 2GB card, and put it all on my 8GB card.
