Help Changing the boot up animation?

I've seen the Motorola Droid users doing this, but I'd like my own custom animation for the boot up screen on the Galaxy.

Anyone know how you go about that? I tried copying a bootanimation.zip file in there as per the Droid instructions but looks like the Galaxy doesn't use it.

Where are the boot up screen/animations stored on the Galaxy?
