Help Changing the Google Voice response tone

Hello Android Forums!!

Long time lurker, first time poster and I'm here with what I would think is a bit of a challenge.

For awhile now I've been playing around with various Launchers, Custom Widgets, you name it, trying to make my beloved device my own.

And it's all gone splendidly!

But see I've got this girlfriend, and I'd like to do the same for her device. Easy enough, I've a vague theme picked out and I'm running with it. She's a huge Zelda fan, so figuring out what I was going to do with her Galaxy S3 (could be an S4, forgive me) was pretty cut and dry.

But I find I'm really trying to push the envelope with it. This phone is going to be running on rupees by the time I'm through, I swear. So I'm really trying to get this last little bit working right.

She uses Google Voice like a crack addict uses light bulbs. So on top of all the fanciful Zelda thematic going on, I figured, "Wouldn't it be awesome if, instead of saying 'OK Google' she could say 'OK Navi' and instead of the regular tone beeping back to indicate Google was ready and listening, Navi responded with a classic 'Hello-o~'!!!!!"

Yeah. If awesome was an amateur android tinkerer's nightmare. I can't figure this out for the life of me.

I've come up with a work around for the voice activation command, but can't seem to change that blasted tone for the life of me. I imagine that if it's possible (without rooting, hopefully) that it would be as simple as locating the sound file and changing it, along with the apps directory, or something to that affect. Honestly, I've no idea where to look next or if I'm even on the right track, so any aid will be greatly appreciated.

TL;DR
How do you change the response tone that the Google Voice app plays when it's activated with the 'OK Google' trigger phrase, if possible?

Also;
Any other ideas for further Zeldafying the phone would be delightful!

Thanks to everyone in advance!
