Help Changing the screen

Was wondering if its possible to be able to change the background screen on my Xperia x10 to a pic of my own and if so would someone be kind enough to talk me through it plz

From the home screen, press menu (the first button on the left) then press wallpaper, press mediascape, then choose your photo :)
