If anyone has done this method and can help me, please leave your suggestions. I am having issues..
I am using JsChiSurf's Hex edit method here to change my banner. I dont have the vanilla lock screen, so im following these particular set of instructions as well in post 15 written for those with the stock HTC unlock bar.
I understand everything just fine... However, when i edit the 'lock_screen_bar.xml' file that is attached to that post, and then copy it to 'HtcLockScreen.apk' and copy that to my phone and reboot, I end up with the vanilla lock screen, saying 'Sprint' .....
Anyone know whats happening or what im doing wrong?
Im going to sleep for the night and try again tomorrow.
