Changing typed text colors

A friend has a son who has trouble reading words in black and white. Does anyone know of an app that you can use to change the colors of the letters as he types?

I havent seen anything that changes the color of the text as you are typing. Is it only a problem with a white background and black text? I use the handcent app for texting and it is very customizable. one of the settings kind of changes the white text box to a tannish beige color with black text as you type. But the color of the incoming/outgoing texts background and font color can be changed to a variety of colors. You can also change the size of the font as you type so maybe using the tan background with a larger font might help?

This app is great...Is there a way when using this that messages wont go to the normal spot?Also can all messages be saved to the sd card instead of the phones memory?

I'm not sure what you mean by going to the normal spot.

I haven't been playing with my captivate as much lately to see how to get it to save to the sd card. I know there are sms backup apps which I think you can set to save to sd
