charge and OTG at same time

Is it possible to buy an OTG Cable that allows charging and the use of the attached card reader at the same time?

I have found dual cable devices that aallow charging and OTG but not at the same time. Also cables that alow OTG and supply power to the external device e.g. large hard drive.

Either one should work. The first one just gives you longer wires. They look to be about the same quality.

I use OTG on my S2 and Tab 2 all the time; just want to add charging

It looks like that will help a friend with a Hdul.

Since i posted my initial question I have found more information. I have a Galaxy S2 and Tab 2. This site says that they are different from S3 and Note 3 so may not work on them:-

not the Valarm cable/system i.e. just adding charging to my current OTG use.
