Is it possible to charge the battery on the droid without actually putting the battery in the droid?
Is there a device for this?

And there are some 3rd party media stands that also have extra battery charger.

I have an extra battery and the battery-only charger from vzw. Works great- just swap batteries instead of plugging in during the day.

seidio also makes a standalone battery charger...i think it is cheaper than the vzw one and has a microusb port on it so you can by extension charge the droid.
