Root charge issue, could this be a "wake lock"?

maybe just best to wipe and start over.

wipe all with superwipe vr? or manually..and what specifically should i wipe?

can i just then reboot, or should i reflash my last Nand, which was saved in a state when battery was good...

if easy enough, and i dont have to do much reloading, i may do this every week or so, which is what it takes before this starts up again.
