Help Charge port Question

Hey guys, I've recently been having some problems with my charge port on my GNEX and want to try and install a new charge port ribbon first before ordering a replacement phone through my warranty.

I currently have the Verizon Nexus (I515) and have been looking for a new charge ribbon, I have found many but also found many of the I9250 (GSM version) cables as well.

I was wondering if anyone knows if these parts are interchangeable or if I have to specifically get the I515 version?

They are probably the same but since you found "many" for the I515, what does it matter?

Most of the ones I found for the I515 were a little more expensive and it seems alot of them (minus the ones on EBay) ship from other countries. I found a decent amount of I9250 ones that were easier to access and generally cheaper than the I515 ones. Hence my question ^_^
