Help Charger issues

My travel adaptor makes a hissing/high pitch eeeeeeee noise whenever my charge is almost finished around 90-100%. like it will make a rattle noise too when it's almost done charging. What is it? Anyone ever notice it? Can it damage my phone?

ITs normal man.
My computer makes the same noise. Is voltage adjusting on the chargers transformer...

You should have no problems.

you mean like when the battery is full, it's trying to stop some of the electricity from entering the battery so it doesn't overcharge? it happens around 92-100%
