Help Charger/Weird Issue

Ok while charging my phone if i try to hit a shortcut etc.It opens the wrong thing or don't work at all only while the phone is lying down and on the charge.If i touch the back on the phone the issue goes away.I have just discovered this at work while using an aftermarket charger by at&t.I have not tested this with the original charger yet.I was worried at first about getting a case for this phone but since the issue goes away when i unplug the charger i guess it won't be that big of an issue.
Anyone else tried this or had this happen?
Seems like a ground problem within this charger or a problem with the electrical system at work

I plugged it into my laptop at work and the issue has gone away.Must be a ground problem with the outlet at work.The charger don't have a ground pin while my laptop charger does.But im using the same outlet for the laptop?

I had a HTC sensation last week and it did the same thing with the original charger at home and at work. I called the tech support, the guy was really helpful but the only answer was return the phone.

I was trying out T-mobile, service sucked so I went back to ATT and got a Vivid I love it.
