Charging in Europe vs US

If I bought an Unlocked Galaxy SII in the states from t-mobile, and I moved to Italy, what would I need to do as far as the charging goes ? ? ?

Would i need to get a whole new charger for the phone so that it works with European plugs, or do I need to keep the original charger and use an adapter ? ?

can i just use one of these ?

I guess what I need to know is does it matter what country the phone is made for, considering that in the US we run at 110, and in Europe they run at 220 , or do i just change the charger and all is good ? ?

OR

Would I need to get one of those Volt adapters so that when it is plugged in to charge in Europe the volt adapter would lower the 220 volt to 110 before it sends it to the phone ?

Keep the original charger and just buy the plug converter.

My charger says 100-240v on it so it will be fine in Italy, (220-230v) its just their socket connectors are round not flat pronged like the US.

I can't see it being different, but just double check your adapter works across the same range.
