In case this turns out to be a problem experienced by others, I just had to swap out my Inc 2 at the Verizon store today.
After only 1 week, the phone stopped charging this morning. I figured out the problem was the USB port on the phone. If I pulled upward on the cable, it started charging again; but once you released pressure it would think it was disconnected again. I tried this with 3 different cables and got the same result each time (so it wasn't a defective cable).
Verizon replaced the phone right away with no hassle, so I'm back working again.
I'm just hoping that my particular phone had a rare defect... and that this doesn't turn out to be some kind of design flaw!
