I downloaded the app, so I will see how the graph turns out tomorrow! But in the mean time, I put in the *#*#4636#*#* code and it showed that the dialer uses the most battery when I select "partial wake usage" and what is "running"? When the phone is actually on (not in stand-by)?

Are all your ancilliary connections switched off?? ie: wifi, gps, etc... They consume power too.

I recently had a mystery battery draining phantom... turned out to be a battery monitoring app.

I am testing mine for standby battery life and on current indications it would go close to 7 days with not being used.

I left the wifi on one night and it was 100% flat next morning!! DOH!!

Hello Barney and welcome to the forum.

I have had problems with a battery monitoring app too, sucked my battery life so quickly. Ditched that. Was a little concerned about this battery graph doing the same but it's been fine and a simple tool to help in situations like this.

My partial wake usage is pretty much as above although K-9 mail is top of my chart.

I turn off wifi when away from home and bluetooth when not using it in my car. GPS has made no difference to me so I leave that alone now.
