Help Charging problem with my phone

Hi everyone,
I bought an incredible s about two weeks ago, and I noticed that whenever i use the OEM charger to charge my phone, the screen becomes extremely slow, or at times unresponsive.
I brought it to the place I bought it and exchanged for a new charger, and when they tried the new charger in the store, it was working fine.
However, when I came home and tried it, the same thing happened.
If I plug the usb portion into my laptop and charge, then the problem does not exist.
Does anyone else have the same problem as me?

yup.. I bought a OEM charger to keep at home for charging recently, I can't use my phone when i charge with this charger, the screen totally "locked".. I keep my original USB+charger in the office, that one works fine although may experience some lagging sometimes. I very much think it's the voltage to the phone...

It's to do with the grounding of the phone. I've seen this before somewhere on a different phone forum and I don't think there was a fix...
