charging with a laptop

please dont consider this, this will destroy everything you attach to your laptop and you will be out side watching your house or bussiness burn down

This is physical mod that is actually done to your laptop.but effects your phone.
See if you have room as some laptops may not have space .mine did.
You will need a car charger that will run from 12 to 24 volts a soldering iron . Wire
Maybe a volt ohn meter
First some background. I am always on the go.my laptop and my cell phones.
My laptop usb ports provide an output of 5 volts and i think around 500 ma
Running apps and tethering can drain my phone more than charge it
Often at starbucks, mcdonalds i can only get access to one 110 outlet if any.

So my answer was to
Take charger apart stripped down to just the printed circuit board with parts.
Open up laptop. Solder the power input portion of charger to the power inside the laptop.
Target one usb port ,determine which prongs are for power, determine polarity.
Solder the charger output wire to the power tabs for usb inside tge laptop.
Make sure everything is secure and wont move and shirt.
Reassemble laptop.

Now i can plug my phone into that particular usb port.Charge my phone while using it heavily like it was plugged into the wall. And still have usb access for swapping files, adb, unbrick, firmware upgrade.
Everything is just as it was before. Only difference is that usb port has a higher ma output.
Not everybody needs this or wants to open up laptop.
I have never heard of anybody doing this and wanted to share maybe helping solve a problem for someone else.
Once completed you may want to dedicatd this port to your phone only

The last laptop that I had with 110 directly into it was an old Toshiba from the '90s. And, I haven't ever owned a laptop that had any room in the case for extra circuitry.

You'd also have to clearly use that USB port ONLY for charging and not accidentally plug in any other device like a flash drive or you could cook it. Not to mention the shock hazard.

Got any pictures? or is this just an idea?

No its all put together.
And you can get car adapters that will do the trick. As they can operate at a value from 24 to 12 volts
This will not increase the voltage as the charger output and usb output are identical

What I would probably do instead

Of course my solution only works if you access to at least one outlet, and I know you're in a rough situation right now and that might not always be the case. Personally, I'm afraid of soldering.

yeah yer right i am often outdoors, and have no 110
so if i am tethering and hittin the motion hard usb ma doesnt keep up with the battery use

plus it looks cleaner when i am at restaurants and cofee houses.
i dont have ext cords power strips hanging all over,
