Cheap cure for weak speakers

I found a cheap cure for the weak speaker problem. I bought a Macally IP-A1111 Portable Stereo Speaker for less than $7 (US) including shipping on eBay. It is a cylinder 3" long x 1" diameter and plugs into the Flytouch's headphone jack. Runs 8 hours off one AA battery. Works great as long as you don't expect booming bass or THX certification!
