Root cheap replacement phones.

If you think that you might be doing that will brick your phone, you will feel smart if you bought it at best buy, because a fourteen dollar one year one time replacement plan for this phone covers everything except being lost or stole. Simply buy a new replacement plan within thirty days of getting the new phone. I originally bought a fifty dollar hydro on sale. Then traded it for the motion, on sale for a hundred bucks. Which i bricked trying to flash something. The dreaded morningcall error. Now i havea new one. The replacement plan is fourteen bucks for this phones price range.
 
The program to convert the firmware to a .kdz wouldn't run on the computer o had access to. I needed a phone for work.
 
Ubercharrge is correct that the phone could have been recovered.

Either way, your tip is appreciated rymes14. It's always good to hear about better purchasing options.

I choose to put it here because i got into this situation by flashing something to my rooted phone without a computer that can run the programs in the unbricking guide.
