checking in on facebook

Everytime I try to check in on Facebook it comes up saying that my location couldn't be detected. My location on the phone is right. What am I doing wrong?

Have you enabled location awareness? On mine it is under settings/location & security.

I have mine set to "Use wireless networks" as I don't like keeping GPS on..and it gets pretty close to wherever I am.

Can't seem to find that. Everything ive come across about location is enabled. Even using gps :s
