Help checkout problems

after the fix coming from google i'm seeing everything but now i can't buy paying apps

i had the same checkout problems today. i thought it was just because i am using a nonlocation flashed phone, but its nice to know that i am not the only one.

i have seen that the problem for payed is only for the payed apps that were not visible before.
