I recently switched from a Blackberry Storm 2 to a Thunderbolt and am having trouble with the e-mail. On the BB, whenever I needed to delete e-mail it would always give me a choice to delete it either on my phone or both on my phone and the server. I have found no such option on the Thunderbolt. I understand that I can decide through the settings how I want the phone to delete messages overall, but it would be too big of a pain to change those choices every time I read e-mail.
For example, I like being able to immediately delete junk mail from the phone and server where I don't have to look at it again. However, I don't want to delete important work e-mail that I really need to deal with further at my pc. So I need to make the decision on a per e-mail basis, not some overall global choice.
So is there any way to do this? It was a breeze with the BB, but I'm finding it to be a pain with the Android thus far.
