Just switched from Handcent to Chomp. Chomp is great but it shows up under my battery info but Handcent did not. Is the constant running ads draining battery?

showed up where? in your system battery info? or in a battery apk?

In "system panel" chomp shows up as a process with stats that read: CPU usage
total cpu time: 2m 39s
Time since start 9h56m26s
Average Consumption 0.4%

Overall not exactly threatening considering I receive a lot of texts, and send quite a few.
