Root choppy scrolling

Newbie
What else can i do to smooth out this damn scrolling? I'm rooted, supercharged, sd sped up and i use adw launcher. No matter what i do everything is still the same, including slow ass 3g speeds.
 
at what point did you notice the problem? do u remember if it was after a specific app maybe that you installed?
