This video went over your head. He's talking about 3 and 3.5G networks being marketed as 4G based on max speed (i.e. HSPA+ (3.5G) being marketed as 4G). LTE is a true 4G cellular technology.

i think hes talking about metro cuz my 4G only gets around .50mbps on download and im in the Los Angeles area
