Chrome vs Screen, battery usage

curious to see what everyones battery life is.

Chrome always takes up more battery then the screen does... does that make sense? (when im on my tablet like 80-90% of the time i would say im browsing the internet using chrome)

but just my past charge chrome used up 30% my battery, and my screen used up 20%. (i did alot of just music playing so media server and google music used up alot also but not as much as chrome or screen)

Chrome is always higher then my screen usuage, always.

I just looked at mine and the screen took most of the power. I didn't see a way to reset the numbers. Do they reset when you power off the N7?

they reset every time you charge it and take it off the charger.

im just not sure if my chrome is bugged out and draining my battery or if it is normal.

I have been using Opera rather than Chrome. I'll keep an eye on battery usage and report back.

Mine has been on battery for just over 24 hours and the screen has taken 54%. WiFi and tablet idle are 13 and 12. Everything is 4% or less. I've done some browsing and some remote control of a Win PC, but most of my use has been reading an eBook. My N7 still shows 77% battery charge. This thing is amazing.

Sounds like there is something goofy going on with Chrome on your N7.

Chrome is usually very high on mine, but keep in mind this is VERY usage dependent. Heavy browsing can easily put Chrome high on the list. For me, it's usually second to the screen because many sites I visit are text heavy, so I spend most of the time reading. If the sites are more media heavy, or interactive, or run lots of ads, or you click through a lot of pages, it could easily vault into the top spot.
